Welcome to the Hunterdon County Department of Public Safety Help Desk

In an effort to streamline support requests and better serve you, we are now utilizing a support Help Desk system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


2024 System Updates

  • A new form for requesting, modifying or removing Notice at Addresses has been added
  • A new 9-1-1 Records Request (OPRA) form has been added, this can be used for Audio recordings and CAD records requests
  • A new form for "Technical Division"  requests has been added. This is for non CAD/QED issues such as radio repair, phone issues, etc.
